Hi, I'm just going to get straight to the point. I am a first time user of GNC products. I have never used anything before that could benefit my muscles. I am actually completely uneducated in all of these products (They seem like a bunch of mumbo-jumbo to me).

Now, excuse me for how idiotic and rookie-ish i sound, but basically i want better defined abdominal muscle (classic 6 or 8 pack) and stronger muscles in the legs, arms, and chest. I'm not looking to be Arnold Schwarzenegger here, but enough to take my shirt off and have someone look at me and go "damn, he's ripped"

Well, that's just about everything. Thanks! (:

Coffee will help you get ripped. Weights can actually increase appetite, making you eat more. Do cardio on empty stomach, twice a day (in morning, again post wkot). Eat spinach salads, can chicken, stuff like that. No fast food, no alcohol. GNC is a rip off. Creatine is only supplement that works other than whey, and you can buy it cheap at walmart.

In your case, you need to pack on pounds. That means lifting weights hard core, and eating a ton of calories. Getting a weight gainer product is good for this. Its full of proteins and carbs and very calorie dense. Once your muscles are built up, then cut hard. Switch to basic whey protein, and continue weight training, and add cardio to your routine. You can also cut down on calories, but not too much.

This is basically the methods that bodybuilders use, they just do it to the max extreme. It's the same thing you're trying to accomplish though, just on a smaller scale.
