The other day, my laptop wigged out on me and crashed. when it restarted, it went black screen and said 'operating system not found' so I decided to send it in to acer and have them fix it via warranty. I don't know what happened and I don't want them to send it back and say its some how not covered in the warranty. I have an Acer Aspire AS5560-8480. The warranty is the International Travelers Warranty. What may be the cause of the issue? Do you think they will fix it?
