What happened to the Windows Newsgroup website?

I still use windows xp Professional, but where can I find the Windows XP Newsgroups website? i went to the Help and support center, at the SUPPORT Section, on the left side, i clicked on
"Go to a windows website forum" so i clicked on the link, and on the right side, i Clicked the Link that says
"Go to Windows Newsgroups" when i clicked it, it took me to the Windows.com website, thats Odd, last time it took me to the Forum Site, now its Directing me to the Windows.com website

it takes me here

what happened to the Forum website for Windows xp???????/
