We were kept in jail until we were bailed out, which was around 7 hours.At no point in time were we read our rights. Does that mean that the evidence they acquired while we were detained can be thrown out? I know they only have to read us our rights when interrogating us.. but does that include the questions they asked us while searching us and transporting us to the jail?Any help is greatly appreciated.
