what happens when you're online ps3 with your bluetooth headset and the phone

rings? do you disconnect? is it simple to switch between online ps3 and your phone with a bluetooth headset? what do you have to do to talk and switch back?
I guess what I really want to know is: can a bluetooth headset be "paired" with more than one device and be used easily back-and-forth?
