What Headphones Should I get? Audiophiles welcomed..?

I have recently looked into buying a good pair of headphones for my ipod. So far I have tried the klipsch image 1, which were VERY good, but overpriced (in my opinion), and the Sony XB500's, which had good bass, but muddy vocals and had unequal sounds. I returned both of these and looked on the internet for better headphones worth my money. Note that I only have $180. I am looking for a good pair of Headphones that will give me crisp, detailed sound, with a fair amount of bass that will leave me happy, considering the term "more bang for your buck". So far, I have heard good things about Sennheiser but I am also looking into other brands. What do you think?

Hi Nathon. Sennheiser make some great headphones, but reading your question, it looks like you want the Audio Technica ATH-M50. They can be found online for about $150 and have been getting great reviews from the headphone addicts over at http://www.head-fi.org .
