Message: <blockquote data-quote="Joseph" data-source="post: 2334879" data-attributes="member: 214925"><p>You have no realistic options.  You pled guilty.  If you don't pay the fine, they'll let it go for a while.  Maybe every six months or so, they will send you a new bill with recomputed interest rates and late charges.  Eventually the bill will be so out of proportion to the crime that it will be worth their while to attach (put a lien on) your bank account, checking account, or charge card, or vehicle, or house, or anything you own that has value.  Be smart.  Pay the fine.</p></blockquote><p></p>
