It is mandatory for my ex and I to attend the PACT (Parents and Children Together) prior to mediation and court hearing regarding custody/visitation.  I doubt he will cooperate and attend the orientation at the same time as me, but what will happen if he chooses never to go before our mediation date?  I plan on attending regardless if he cooperates or not, but will it prevent my mediation from occurring if he chooses not to go?I don't have an attorney.  I will be representing myself.</blockquote>
