What if your vehicle like an SUV doesnt have the hooks on the back of the seat

for a forward facing carseat? My daughter just got into a convertable carseat, she turned a year old yesterday. Im looking into buying a Pontiac Aztek and it doesnt look like it has the hooks/latches that need to be used for a forward facing carseat.. What if it doesnt? =/
