What is a better resolution for blueray movies on a sony bravia?

I have hdmi and 1080p 32 inch bravia but i dont know if i should set it to vivid/viibrant or standard,what do you like
 
The resolution on the tv does not change. Keep in mind that you can not see the difference between 720P and 1080P in screen smaller than a 46". By using the brighter VIVID instead of standard you are reducing the life of the tv. Set it to Standard and to some programs with dark scene to VIVID. Hope this will help you out.
