What is a FREE program that can convert DivX Avi to ISO Format?

I need a program that will convert DivX AVI to ISO, for free. I will then use a special program to burn the ISO to DVD. I Do not want a program that makes it into subffolder (VIDEO and AUDIO T_S), i only want to make it an ISO. Please Quote me a free proram, I cannot afford stuff like Nero Ect.
