I am using Emule for P2P now about 10 months. I think it is a great working program. When I started 10 months ago, the number of working servers, users on line and total of files was growing every day. I can read in my statistics, that the record was 296 working servers, 33.05 max users online, and 4,28 G files available. I think these records are from about 5 months ago. It surprises me, that all these numbers are so falling down. Now the numbers are 103 working servers, 4,99 M users and 547 M files.. (it's all about an average of 20% of the records) What could be the reason? Is eMule not so popular anymore, or could it be, that there has gone someting wrong with an update or something? Or any othere explanation? (in my configuration is update servers with any new contact, so that cannot be the problem) I have NO troubles with downloading and uploading, and everything works fine.......(only little slow) Would be nice, if someone could tell me more about this curious problem. Thanks!
