vehicles stream past? I ask this question because I feel that I, along with other pedestrians, am regularly kept waiting too long, that pedestrians' time is not appropriately valued, on a par with drivers' - altho they will, of course, often be the same people - a strange sort of discrimination, perhaps. I welcome answers based on common sense, personal preference or statutory regulation.
