I bought some lentils when I made rain makers with my two year son on the weekend but I have no idea what to do with the rest. I thought I could cook with them, but I have never cooked with lentils before so I have no idea what I am doing. Neither of us like tofu or quorn. We aren't vegetarian but I don't like cooking meat all the time and I don't always have the time too so we eat vegetarian quite often.
