...Audiophile speakers? I'm a musician looking forward to having an accurate mix. I've did some research about Studio Monitors and discovered they are accurate when mixing because they are flat and do not have emphasis on any frequencies, so the way you hear it on studio monitors is the same way you'll hear it exactly as you made it wherever you go. which means no tweaking or fixing. I know audiophiles are high quality electronics for clear and accurate sound also, but are they flat ? Also Which do you think is better for accurate, natural, and original sound ?

Get studio monitors. They will give you an accurate picture of your recording. They also will connect directly to your recording equipment - they have amps built in. Home stereo speakers will not.

There is a super great deal going right now on the Mackie MR5 and MR8 speakers. They are being discontinued by Mackie and the price is great (I bought two MR8's and I love them):
