What is causing my frequent headaches?

I have always had headaches however, within the last two months they have gotten so bad! Light hurts, sounds hurt, and I can't stand to move my head or smell anything weird and now I have nausea! For the past week and and half, I don't know if I'm having a headache every day or if if it's the same headache that just won't go away. I have taken excedrin, tylenol, aleve, motrin, everything... It will not GO AWAY!! What is causing this???
