What is considered Sidney Crosby's true rookie card?

And if there are more than one, which is the best (most expensive) besides autos and patch cards and stuff like that. I see the Young Guns cards are quite popular, what set are they from? If purchasing a box from this or any set from this year what are the odds of actually getting a Crosby or even an Ovechkin rookie.

Also I hear The Cup set is the best, if this is correct what are the next best sets?
