What is hn Properties window when i start up vista. is it to do with a canon

dslr camera? I recently started getting a window appear when ever i started windows vista. the only reason i can think it's there is because i recently got a canon 400D SLR camera.

its as if something has been deleted and needs to be restored. it has a ok, cancel and restore button but none of them make any difference the next time i log on.

does anyone know what it is and how i can stop it coming up.

That's the same thing that's happening to me now, except I've noticed that I can no longer use the scrolling option on my laptop's touch pad... D:
