ive takin ninjitsu, capoeira, alittle bit of systema. but what the heck is kempo? ive asked people and no one can seem to tell me what it focuses on or what advantages they have. one person told me they teach u how to hit to easily knock people out and takem out quick. i dont know someone please tell me and make sense lol!
