I want to know how much calories, fat and carbs do I need to intake daily?
Today I had 1445 calories, 38 g of fat, and 258 carbs
I eat alot of fruit, and alot of 100% wheat breads or cereals, I dont drink sugary drinks or sodas, or candy, or chips or bad fats, but I do eat alot of good fats and carbs from wheat breads, oatmeals,cereals or fruit.
Is this bad? or will I gain to much weight?
