It is a file sharing program. Usually where people share music, movies and files.
 
It's a form of racing where you have a lot of different trails that are marked, certain colors mean that trail is wider and longer, and another color is narrower and shorter. Usaually two or more different kinds of vehicles race in it. ex; ATVs and sidexsides
 
It stands for peer-to-peer. You're sharing with everyone else (the "peers") in your network, like in Limewire for example.
