What is T-mobile, T-zones?

I am getting a Samsung Gravity T and I don't want to pay alot of money on internet, since I was offered a great plan for the family. The lady who helped us said that I should consider T-zone for $5.99, but then there was alot of people that needed to be attended so I decided not to ask anymore questions. I just want to know more info on T-zones...can I use this to surf the web? What are the restrictions?

T-Zones is a data service that used to be marketed to people using data-capable phones that were not smartphones. It's still available, but you have to work a little hard to get it.
