What is the age limit to rent a vacation home in Orlando, FL?

I am planning a trip to Orlando along with a few friends. We are all 18 and have found some nice looking places to stay, but Ihave heard that you must be at least 21 to stay at these places.Does anyone know the minimum age to do this?
 
Depends on the travel agent...I know I rented vacation houses in the FL Keys before I was 21...worked with the owner and proved we were responsible students looking to live the "native" not party lifestyle. They might charge you a bit extra. There are some houses that are owned by private owners...that may be your best bet so work out an arrangement. Also I think it helps if a girl in the one signing for it...they come across most trustworthy than 18 year old guy...lol!
