What is the Armani Suit in iMafia for iPhone?

Just recently, I noticed that I have an "Armani Suit" armor that I can buy under Armors at the pawn shop inside of iMafia. Is has 15 attack and defense bonus, no upkeep cost, and no initial cost. What is this and how can I buy it?

I am currently level 44, and I've never seen this before.
