What is the best bluetooth headset?

I need one i can use with my phone which is a Razor, my PS3, one that i can listen to FM radio on there, hear MP3 from my phone, and one easy to pair to any device, noise canceling, and sound Loud and Good. It doesnt have to have a LCD screen but that would better....thank you
