What is the best external DVD-CD rom drive?

I've just got a new laptop but it doesn't have a CD-ROM drive so i would like to get one. I have an acer aspire one laptop with windows 7. I would like to use the external drive for cds and dvds.
Could someone please recommend a certain make? Thanks-you!
 
Best way is to use a Internal DVD Writer with 5" Casing.

Because Internal DVD writers are faster and more stable and cheaper than the small USB based on.

Say an internal DVD writer is 24X and external usb based will be 8X.
 
get the google ranking ; you'll find Pioneer is the best for this year
