What is the best ISP in Calgary, Canada for a gamer/frequent bittorrent user?

I am moving into a house in Calgary at the end of the month, and need to pick a service provider. Speed is very important to me, and I would really prefer an ISP that does not use throttling. I play a lot of games on Xbox Live/PSN, so a fast connection is necessary.
Obviously, I'm hoping not to pay a ton for this, either. Essentially, what is the cheapest, fastest, least throttle ISP in the Calgary area?
