what is the best P2P/bittorrent client for a 512 MB ram, 730 MHz computer...

...running windows xp? i know my computer is old and weak but it's what i have so, what would be the best program for me to download Bittorrent media files?
i am looking for one that will let me search right from the program with out using a separate browser.
