What is the Best p2p or filesharing network?

I Currently use Limewire because it has fast downloads, but a lot of the times, the songs aren't what they say they are (some kind of add), or spy ware. My friends say ares but i don't see what is so good about it. Could you please tell me which is the best one, or maybe one that i haven't herd of.

okay for me the best is limewire (the latest version) and the thing about ads, well you gotta look for the size of the file, if it is too small is a add. if you wanna download entire albums then bittorrrent is the way to go!!

or simply pay for the songs!! go legal,as i am trying to do LOL
