What is the best way to clean a Blu-Ray disc?

I used a CD cleaner and this spray stuff but that put these smudges on my PS3 games. I cant seem to get them off. What is the best way to clean a Blu-Ray disc without scrathing it?

There is some sort of machine that looks like Drilling thing but there is a spunch at the end that circle around really fast. I think it is available at GameStop or EB games. Check their website.

Use water only, and a lint-free cloth like a glasses lens cloth and wipe the disc from center to edge in straight lines to avoid leving scratches.
