So far i only know how to cook omlette,Scrambled eggs,ShakShouka and wrapped Omlette, does anyone know more good recipes? share them

I always scramble my eggs with a tablespoon of feta cheese and a diced tomato. Not an omelette.

I like hard boiled eggs, chopped and made into sandwiches with tomato and lettuce, sprinkled with salt & pepper on the freshest of any of the following breads, fresh bagel, fresh pita, or a fresh tortilla as a wrap.
I like the chopped egg with Kraft Miracle whip and not too mushy. That's not asking for too much, just very precise maybe a little obsessive.

This may sounds weird, but I cook for a living and I know what Im talking about - try it! Take one tablespoon of hellmans mayo, mix with one tablespoon water til its fully incorporated. Whip in two raw eggs. Butter (liberally) a frying pan and pour the egg mixture in. With a spatula, lift the sides and fold them inward, tilt the pan far enough sideways til the runny egg comes to fill up the part of the pan that was just cleared up when you lifted the egg towards the middle of the pan. True scramled eggs are only scrambled before they hit the pan, after they are in, there should be very little movement (scrambling in the pan makes them rubbery). They are done when they look solid and shiny. If they no longer look wet at all you over cooked them and the taste will be very dry. The trick is to remove them before that happens and let them continue to heat up a bit on the plate after leaving the pan. Add a pinch of salt to your liking, never salt eggs in the pan (it dries them out). You can also add a little bit of cheese if you want something a bit different. I use yellow american or velvetta which melts up real nicely but doesnt add a ton of oil like a hard cheese would (like cheddar).

Try it, youll like it!!
