What is the best way to increase ground clearance on a Toyota Hilux 4x2 Dualcab

Pickup (workmate)? I would appreciate any thoughts on what the best option is and what would be the cheapest option. I am also thinking of putting 17' wheels on it (currently 205/70/R15C). I use the ute to go places that doesn't require 4x4 but extra height would be a bonus.
