What is the best way to make money on the internet?

I'm not looking for pyramid schemes or anything sketchy like that. Is there any reliable way to make money on the internet essentially from scratch? Any advice is much appreciated!
 
From your question, I see you have seen all those slick "make $15,000.00 a day" ads Yep they are JUNK, I started like this.
1: Find a item to sell (million of customers) on the net. If you don't have the money to purchase items, look for people that make things (Handmade). That is the best seller because if you try to sell a standard item, You will find thousand(s) of sellers, and those that have inside prices, it will be hard to beat.
2: Check on getting a site, make sure you can sell on your site. (I use yahoo)
3: Set up a merchant account with paypal. I say paypal because you can pay a LITTLE to collect and nothing when no money is comming in. If you purchase a merchant account, you will be paying for the account even when you are not getting orders. (monthly) So if 30days in the month, you get 13orders in 5days, but you pay for 30days service. loose 25days !!
Now with paypal you have another thing, Some buyers don't like to give out credit/bank information online, but they will with paypal. Because they don't have to release financial information. (PS: and get a paypal debit card, then when they buy, you got instant use of the money, don't have to wait for funds to clear.
4: aNOTHER way to make money is Books, information, instructions, IF you are good at something, their is someone who could use your knowedge, and will pay for it. It may require learning how to format it for sale, but it will sell. (Just like the info here, sometimes if you REALLY want to know, you would pay for it IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT.
LAST:::: Don't pay for information on things to sell without all the information explaining what you are paying for. (DON'T BUY A LIST), YOU will find it's usually a COPY of what you could search for on your own, and you get no guarantee's on being able to receive products from the persons on the list. A lot of list are companies that will offer products IF you have a comercial standings (tax number).

then you can see that it cost little to put up a site mine is less than $13/mo and my paypal account is like 3% to collect and free to Spend the money on the card at standard vendors. extra charge only from atm services not paypal

Domain Name reseller account I got the reseller account at Goresellers.com and
selling domain name through which i earned a lot .i hope it will be beneficial to you all.
