Lately my steak has been lacking. I eat my steak medium-rare. Any cooking tips? I have at my disposal a well stocked spice cabinet.

pierce steak with a fork on both sides:
put soy sauce on one side:
then pat chopped up garlic on it
seasoning salt
garlic powder
and pepper

turn over and do the same on other side:
grill or broil to medium rare and you won't eat a steak any other way again!
By the way ribeye is a very tasty and tender choice!

Try McCormick's Broiled Steak Seasoning. It works WONDERS for meet, especially beef.

My husband, the chef, is dictating this answer. Lol...Sift onto steak to taste: Lowry's season salt, black pepper, and brown sugar. Rub in with fingers then add a light seasoning of minced garlic; after rubbing that in grill to perfection.
