I have a condo that I am buying but not finished paying for,but can't stand the neighborhood and rules are outrageous. I would like to move into house. I would like to move into something around same size or smaller, with lower payments. Even if provided the person would just be willing to take over the payments because I have paid a significant amount about 7-8years, and maybe they have already paid for their house but want to move in a nice condo.
