Very dissapointed in CASE-IT
I ordered my daughter a case-it binder clicked on pink but they sent me wrong one.
Of course they don't have a number wonder why?????? So I sent them a fax & of course some very rude & unproffessional lady named Sheryl Foti called me right back trying to argue that I should have looked at my confirmation. Wow!! I'm shocked that there are companies that treat their 1st time customers like that you think they would want to keep people coming to them instead of running them off. I asked for a full refund after the attitude I got from her & then she wanted to argue that she couldn't do that. What is this world coming to. I guess she doesn't have children.
