I love to cook, i have made many dishes such as paella, creme brulee, and other. I have heard that a hard boiled egg is the hardest think to make but i can pull that off easily (ok, ok, not perfect but i want something different). I really want something that is a challenge, needs alot of work but is completely worth it. I hope you guys can help because i am really looking for a challenge. I love cuisine from all different country's.
