What is the healthiest way to cook/eat an egg?

Poaching or boiling. Both methods only use water (vinegar if poached) If you really want to be healthy just don't eat the yolk. That is where the calories come from.

Are any of these more healthy than the other? And why?

Also, is the yolk the healthiest part of the egg or is the egg whites. Why?
