This question is gonna be a little different than you were expecting I guess.
It is related to my previous question, but I think I'll get more and better answers if I explain more about what I want to achieve.

I have done some research about what the exact substances are that the human body needs and now I know the answer for the most part.
In short summary: proteins, carbohydrates (little bit of sugar, mostly starches), dietary fiber, fats (mostly monounsaturated, little bit of polyunsaturated for omega 3/6/9, and preferably no saturated or trans), vitamins and minerals, little bit of salt and finally water.

So I bought:
protein powder isolate
cornstarch
glucose
olive oil and cod liver oil
wheat bran
and multivitamin pills

I also know the right amounts I need of every ingredient. Cod liver oil needs special attention because taking too much could give me a vitamin A overdose and/or a vitamin D overdose.
Anyway, I tried making a shake with those ingredients (except the multivitamins of course), but it doesn't taste very good. It doesn't taste bad either, I could live on only those shakes I guess. But I also think that it would be healthier if I ate solid food. I got no sources to back that up, but it just doesn't feel healthy to only live on liquid food.

So I am wondering if you know if I could make something to eat out of the above ingredients? I thought about trying to make bread with the cornstarch, oil and sugar as the main ingredients, but I realized that baking the bread would break the omega-3 molecules and I don't want to do that.

By the way, if you know a recipe with other ingredients that is just as nutritious as the above ingredients then I would also be interested in that recipe.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. so if you hadn't already guessed:
the main goal of this is to make some kind of food that has everything that my body needs so I can live on only that piece of food. It's like an experiment if it's possible to make such a food and if it tastes good enough to eat it forever.
