...Laughing' DVD? The DVD begins with a sketch of Michael being driven to the gig by a chauffeur, with some rather quaint music in the background. The music then cuts to something more upbeat as the live section begins and Michael comes on stage and begins the gig etc etc. I'm looking for the name and artist of the first, "quaint" piece of music.
