It's about this girl in her late teens that finds out her boyfriend is cheating on her with her mom so she like, gets on a train or something and cuts off all her hair. She ends up in the slums of a city where she meets some other kids, they all live together in the subway. They deliver some sort of magical whatnot to creatures disguised as humans and they call it "never ever" I think. Because you never steal too much, never ever use too much and something along those lines. They shoot it like any other drug but while they're on it they can make stuff happen. Their supplier guy is some ghoul-creature or something and I think they girl falls in love with him.. Idk. I liked it though and wanted to read it again but can't remember the name.
