Watched it as a kid in the early 90s. There was a young girl who was either an orphan or had run away from home, or something like that. In one scene, she's somehow the size of a frog and the frog is keeping her in his house trying to make her his wife. She escapes. Later in the movie (after she is normal size again for whatever reason) she ends up in a village or small town where a woman takes care of her. And I don't remember what happens later.
