What is the name of this manga?

I forgot the name, I am pretty sure it starts with a 'k' and the cover of the first volume has a girl with short pink hair and some tied in a rubber band. She is the super strong little girl character who is pestering the guy since she wants to bear his children. There is a part where she jumps the the top of the roof from the floor and uses some dragon technique to get a full blast. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
