I am unable to get the right ratio of geletin powder and hot water to put in my hair before doing pin curls so that when it dries it doesn't have little white hard clumps of geletin left in my hair. How long do you have to get it in your hair before it's cooled too much and the solution is no longer usable because it will gel up.
