It's either "O Superman" by performance artist Laurie Anderson, which is a surreal, strange kind of song or else it's the cheesy "Superman" by the party band Black Lace, which is more of a singalong party type of tune where everyone does the actions along with the music. I think the Black Lace song is probably the one you want, you should be able to download it from Amazon for pennies (cents?) and you will probably be able to hear a preview of it too.
