I have seen youtube videos thats say things like "starfire vs. blackfire" Is there a episode of teen titans that has blackfire or is it just made up by fans?
 
Yes, Blackfire is Starfire's sister.
She's in a couple episodes, actually, and is on Teen Titans. :D
She's kinda a b!tch, though.
Edit:
And actually Blackfire is on episode 2:Sisters in season 1 and on episode 29:Betrothed in season 3.
