The item arrived in a dirty case with the correct name on the spine, but the wrong game inside. The game is undamaged, but it's not what I ordered. I've e-mailed the seller letting them know the wrong game was inside and that I'd like the correct game if they have it in stock, and if not I'd like a refund.
I've looked at the amazon marketplace policy but it seems pretty vague, leaving bits up to the seller such as restocking fees and refunding the cost to ship an item back to the seller. Anybody with seller or buyer experience would be appreciated!
