I remember reading it, but never finished it. It was a long time ago.
Basically I remember in the book there was a rule that said that families could only have 2 children I guess, and the main character was a 3rd child. He had to hide in the house all his childhood, was chastised for going near the windows, etc, because they would kill the 3rd child.
The main character basically wants freedom, and escapes with the neighbor girl. I am not sure if she was a 3rd child too but I think so.
They run away ... I can't remember anything else.
I reallllyyy need to know what this is called. Thanks!
