I had my wisdom teeth removed about five years ago. I just noticed this hard lump on the right side of my mouth. It is in the tissue that goes from the side of my incision scar to the inside of my cheek. It is small, about the size of a small pea, and it has a little red spot on it. No pus or blood is coming out of it, and it doesn't hurt.
I don't have a dentist right now, so I'd appreciate if you could tell me what it is.
I just noticed, the swelling seems to extend all around the area where my wisdom tooth would have been.
