a golden retriever puppy ends up in a balloon basket, and gets carried off to a jungle where he meets a bird that teaches him to swim and stuff. and he tries to find his way back home. there is also a black cat in the movie that stalks them the whole movie. the animals talk and its little kid movie that i remember from when i was younger. i think the dog's name is napoleon and he wore a blue bandanna. i don't remember the title.
